polite staffstained carpetnoisy air conditioning
the staff was courteous and the room felt clean enough.
The room i was given, a classic king room city view, felt quite dated. there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom fixtures looked worn. the air conditioning unit was also very noisy. Sleeping comfortably proved difficult.

the location was acceptable. it was close to the promenade.
The room i got was quite disappointing. the flooring was damaged, there were gaps between the panels that caught my feet. the bathroom wasn't clean. The faucets had grime on them, and the shower felt sticky. i had to clean it myself before using it.

i arrived and was happy to find location central. a tram stop was near. a grocery store was right behind the place. food places were super close. the staff seemed friendly and accommodating too. i appreciated their help with my room change.

the roof area includes a pool, a restaurant and a bar. there are enough loungers around the pool so you can relax. the space offers good views from up there.

breakfast had an excellent buffet. i found fried eggs, omelets, and specialty coffees. they also had fresh fruit. the restaurant personnel were always friendly and professional .
